20/5/2000: Numbers are 'high' (439) this week, with 280 Aedes sapiens.
13/5/2000: 'Very high' numbers (1420) were trapped this week, with 447 Anopheles annulipes and 269 Culex annulirostris.
24/4/2000: Mosquito numbers are declining bu still 'high' (219). Aedes theobaldi (76) was the most commonly collected mosquito.
26/4/2000: Two arboviruses were isolated from mosquitoes collected on the 4/4/2000. There was one Ross River from Culex annulirostris and one Sindbis from Aedes theobaldi.
17/4/2000: 'High' numbers (347) continue to be collected, with 116 Aedes eidsvoldensis.
18/4/2000: Two arbovirus isolates (one each of Ross River and Sindbis virus) were made from mosquitoes collected on the 28/3/2000. Both isolates were from Aedes eidsvoldensis.
4/4/2000: Numbers have declined, with a 'high' collection (706). Culex annulirostris (285) and Aedes theobaldi (281) were the most common species.
28/3/2000: 'Extreme' numbers (10375) were trapped this week, with 7569 Aedes eidsvoldensis, 829 Culex annulirostris and 813 Aedes theobaldi.
22/3/2000: A 'very high' collection (1934) was made this week from Fords Bridge, with floodwater Aedes dominating the collection including 1333 Aedes eidsvoldensis and 193 Aedes sagax.
6/3/2000: There were two collections this week from Fords Bridge at the 'Vee', both yielding 'high' numbers. The collection from the 5/3 had 242 mosquitoes, with 143 Aedes alternans as well as a mixture of other floodwater Aedes species. The collection on the 6/3 trappeed 222 mosquitoes, with 137 Culex annulirostris.
14/2/2000: 'Low' mosquito numbers (20) were trapped this week.
30/1/2000: A collection made from "Yalcarley", Whittaker's Paddock, trap 102 mosquitoes, with 71 Culex annulirostris.
